What we collect. When you book a ride, LiftGuard collects your name, phone number, home address, workplace or school and schedule selection, and payment/billing information necessary to provide the ride.
How we use it. This information is used only to schedule, group, dispatch, and bill your ride.
No sharing or selling. Your name, phone number, and other contact information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention. Ride records are retained for business and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us below.

Service description. LiftGuard provides prearranged carpool transportation in the Tulsa, OK area to and from work and school. Rides are round trip and may be shared with other riders traveling a similar route and time. LiftGuard is not a rideshare or taxi dispatch service.
Booking & pricing. You book and pay upfront, by pass type (single day or Weekly Pass).
Shared rides. By booking, riders acknowledge their ride may be combined with another rider's ride. Riders will be notified before a ride is combined.
Rider responsibilities. Riders agree to provide accurate pickup information and to be ready at the scheduled pickup location and time.
Driver preference. Riders may request a driver preference (e.g. a woman driver) at booking; requests are accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed for every ride.
Insurance & liability. LiftGuard operates under commercial insurance applicable to livery/prearranged transportation in Oklahoma. Riders are transported subject to the limits of that coverage.
Changes to these terms. LiftGuard may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
We ask for as much notice as possible so we can serve every rider reliably.
